I invested in the first Ocean View project with these developers. This project was introduced late 2005 and I got in early at under 100K, today there are only two pre construction units left priced at 160K. The larger units in my development 1000 sq feet + were sold out within 2 months. I am only sharing this as a point of reference because these same developers just introduced this NEW complex and I believe it is going to be the gem of residencias. Investors who get in early will of course get the pick of the best units situated ideally within the project. Below are unit options in thsi complex, given that it has just been just been announced the price has not increased yet but I am sure it will perform as well as my own complex. I am not privy to the when the price increases but with high season around the corner we are sure to see some increases before 2007.
